Refund Policy

Cancellations by Guest

  • Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is made 1 days or more before the scheduled arrival date.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the day of arrival, for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.

Changes to Reservation by Guest

  • 3 Days or More Before Arrival: Guests may modify their reservation date (subject to availability) without penalty, 3 days or more before arrival.
  • Less Than 1 Day Before Arrival: Changes to reservation dates or number of guests within 1 day of arrival will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.

Extenuating Circumstances

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the case of extenuating circumstances such as [List examples: natural disasters, travel restrictions, serious illness], we will work with the guest to find a mutually agreeable solution, such as rescheduling the reservation or issuing a partial refund. Documentation will be required to verify extenuating circumstances.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of the cancellation and will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

We Recommend

  • Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent them from traveling.
